Does it even matter at this point? Given how cheap solar has become in the last decade, idk why anyone would want to spend a bunch of time and effort to build new nuclear plants in CA.
Yeah, if we’d built more of them decades ago, that would have been good, but why bother agitating now for new plants that probably won’t even come online until the 2030s or so.
