I remember when the concert attack happened in Israel, we lowered our flags at work at half staff, at a bank, for civilians of another country, and I assumed that happened across the country. Is that normal? Do they do that when like a eastern asian country gets attacked. Its like programming to build sympathy. Runs deep.
