This just reeks of political candy offering desperation, first there was the no tax on tips, now no tax on overtime. Anytime you allow loopholes in the tax code they will be gamed by employers and employees in outrageously fraudulent ways. Paying time and a half or double time is reward enough for working your ass off, no need to explode the deficit.
