Are they trying to get people everywhere to voluntarily revert to 1800s ways of living?
Are solar panels on some type of network? I’m trying to figure out how to remotely detonate them. On a network, it could happen, but is it a “smart” device or is it simply tied to the electricity network? Or is something installed during the manufacturing process of the panels?
