This absolute unit is stationed right next to White House / Lafayette park and rasing awareness against Uniparty and Corporate monopoly. He needs help/tools/shop to fix his rig (not necessary money as he mentioned just needs some tools & may be shop and possibly some material to fix his rig damaged by city as he was moved from one place to another). Any help appreciated!
