1. Inquiring about a request (if any) from another country should be the decision of the EAM, not the state government. The state government can cooeperate on the center’s request.
2. Where was the need for the Kerala government or police to “probe” and visit jose’s family? Isn’t this going to cause mental harassment, even put them at a physical risk? Did he commit any crime against India? No. Is he an Indian citizen? No. Then, why did the police make the visit and then release the information to the press?
