Before we get into the shoddyness that is presenting a random image with no sources as some sort of truth.
That’s not really fertility, that is births per woman. That’s not an indication of how fertile a person is. Also did you not notice the countries with higher child mortality rates are those in which women have had more births…
Now there are studies that show potential degradations in fertility rates but this meme is just race bait pandering to push the whole “great replacement” theory that the “whites” are under threat from those “lesser” races coming here to take your jobs and life.

The fertility rate is not how fertile someone is. It’s the number of children a woman has.
There are lots of studies that show the fertility rate correlates to education levels. As women become educated, they have fewer children. This is not necessarily a bad thing, unless you’re a captilist and won’t to continue to push the never ending drive for economic growth at all costs

for some woman, to have a baby together with a loving partner ( of whatever gender ) is a personal fullfilling experience
for other woman, it does not feel so attractive to share their body with a fellow human being for 9 months, they do not have maternal instincts so to say or rather live them out on a metaphysical simulated level by investing time and energy into political, societal, busyness projects what provide for the community, their nourturing finds a way in other ways
my feeling says it was allways like that, there were allways woman who were more into babies and other more into funneling love to the society as whole
the problem started with the roman catholic church who pushed everyone to multiply by also punishing everyone for having fun with non-reproductive sexuality
actually the combination of the roman empire and roman catholic church, these two feudal hierarchical organisations ruined europe what was before a relative peacefull continent where local tribes lived mostly happy on their own but occasionally one or the other lashed out in some overreaching violent agression but it was never the systematic domination what the combo of roman empire and roman catholic church started to terrorize europe with and then the same horror got continued by the various european monarchs, feudal bunch of murderers and thieves calling themselves appointed by god
i would say if the the citizens of rome did not do what sadly they did, if they would have not set out to bring whole europe under the banner of the eagle, there would have been no roman catholic church having such influence into peoples lifes while siding with the feudal oppressors
the people of europe would not have multiplied so much as there would have been not so many young men killed in wars and people could have enjoyed sexuality for fun not disturbed by the roman catholic church
possible that in such an alternative past without the empire, europeans would have not emigrated to other continents in such vast numbers and with such brutal conquest ideology as they sadly did, once more supported the colonial expansion of european monarchies by the pope in rome who especially wrote papal bulls such as the one of 1493 called inter caetera where he basicly told the spanish and portuguese monarchs how they could each have half of the americas and do with the people who are not christians whatever they would want to do with them
very well possible that we would be perhaps half or a third of todays numbers, 2 to 4 billion human beings without the roman empire ever existed
