So in a libertarian society how would this play out??
There was a deregulation of health code I think if thry provided their own sanitation. And thry cut corners and caused a listeria outbreak. Hurt thousands of ppl.
Large scale I get what they're doing now to fix the issues, it was kinda like with the tylenol and excedrin tampering deaths, but what about small scale for local businesses?
What if the local butcher did this and had 10 deaths eventually linked to them. Yes they'd be criminalized and prosecuted but it coulda been preventsble….
What if you want to be a random businessman and don't know health code. How does one learn, in a libertarian world, how to be a safe and efficient business?
Would we still have the resources available just not funded or regulated? Like 'these are the American standards for meat processing, butchering, etc.' Guidelines so to say….
