About 45,000 dockworkers along the U.S. East and Gulf Coasts are going to strike on Oct. 1, a move that will shut down ports that handle about 70% of the nation's cargo from ships.

The strike will affect the loading of freight at 36 U.S. ports. It will affect the trucking industry, food delivery, medicine and all supply chain infrastructure.

It’s all by design. There will be no fast and quick resolution with the striking union.

See, you won’t care about some silly election when you know you have to fight for your food at Walmart and COSTCO. There will be price hikes everywhere. There will be civil unrest.

Strike will last less than one day and every employee will be replaced by immigrants by the end of next month with no disruption to services
