I’m not sure anyone who believes in the Devil (in Christian terms) doesn’t believe in God (in Christian terms).
The influence of Christianity on Western language and culture has made the Devil and Hell part of the framework for what we use to describe as evil, even in a non religious context.
Your question should read, “If you know evil exists, why not believe in God?”
Even the Christian idea of the Devil doesn’t have much actual basis in the Bible and is an overlay that tries to pull together several concepts (and possibly several different beings) into one big bad.
