Haarp?

So very recently I have noticed black trails behind airplanes, I looked that up and found a paper for weather manipulation.

But I guess my next thing is could that also affect Northern lights? We are currently having a crazy good light show, (Pics no edit) can even see with naked eye. I live across from a major high so light pollution is definitely a thing. But the lights seem to be located about this one mountain, and no where else… You can actually hear a really low hum sound that makes your eardrums right when you come inside.
