My view is that if there is a chance the person didn’t actually commit the crime than their execution should be immediately halted. Cause you don’t want to risk executing an innocent person

This poor baby was abused whether it killed her or not. It’s a very difficult article to read and it tested my convictions on the death penalty. But in the end there is doubt that he actually murdered her and he will still be executed and that’s wrong. People say if we know with 100% it’s okay to use the death penalty but life doesn’t come with absolutes.
