Wanted to discuss something fishy that happened today during the Eagles-Saints game. With Sports betting becoming so big there’s a lot of theories floating around that Vegas is rigging large market sports. After winning in 2 blowouts to start the season the New Orlean saints came into Sundays game against the Philadelphia Eagles as just 2 point favorites, making them a viable betting option. After the Eagles took the lead early in the 4th quarter a a Saints graphic was displayed stating “First time trailing this season.” However as you’ll notice the graphic appeared in the third quarter before the Eagles even had the lead. Now I understand mistakes will be made on live broadcasts, but considering the Saints were winning at that point AND had the ball, there’s no reason this graphic should have even been prepared to use at that point in the game. The Eagles would go on to upset the Saints. Do you think this could be evidence that large market sports are rigged?
