SS: This is some video from rescuers coming out of North Carolina. The devastation apparently stretches into Tennessee and Virginia. Many stories from volunteers who say they are being turned away. Where is the national guard? Anyone have any more information about all of this? Please share.

The Government gave the Governor a ton of money, so ask the Governor what the problem is , not the Government.
