    The trouble is, it’s not possible to respond to hurricanes. How do you respond against Mother Nature? Answer is simple, you can’t do anything.

    Each hurricane victim is issued $750. Each illegal migrant is issued a $10000 gift card and a free phone. The Fed is the problem not the solution.
