Why do Chinese elites like to send their kids to the US for college? Including Xi’s daughter, Huawei’s CEO’s daughter, Pan Shiyi(billionaire)’s son, Zhang Yimou’s son. Why not in China? Does that make the US better than China, at least in the eyes of the top Chinese?
