it’s not WHO we should blame, because the housing crisis is all-encompassing & the result of many actors over the past 20 yrs. From environmentalists, to urban renewal evangelists, to anti-growth McMansion dwellers, to corporatization of the rental housing market. Not to mention the bifurcation of wage structure, with benefits going to urban workers with college & graduate degrees.
